SAPP EVO Camp for West Coast concluded June 6

KOTA KINABALU: A total of 75 young participants from the Kota Marudu, Kota Belud, Tuaran, Kota Kinabalu, Penampang, Papar, Membakut, Sipitang, Tambunan, Keningau and Sook successfully completed a study cum training program conducted by Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) Youth and coordinated by CLCs (Constituency Liaison Committee) and Mudanita.

The program called EVO Camp took place at Kebun Atuk Farmstay in Telipok concluded its 3 days and 2 nights on 6 June with a closing ceremony by SAPP President Datuk Yong Teck Lee at the Kota Kinabalu Community Centre in KK.

EVO Camp program which targeted young people from ages 18 to 25 years, aims to educate them on the background history of Sabah coupled with lectures and site visits, on the local cultures, political issues and understanding as well as critical thinking and debate training.

The next EVO Camp program for the East Coast will be at Sandakan.
